Complaints

For over 25 years, Euroflorist has been helping you express your feelings with flowers. Both we and the Florists that we partner with spare no effort to ensure that all orders are treated with greatest possible care. If there occurs a mistake, we do everything we can to fix it. Every complaint is handled individually; we investigate it thoroughly and consider it with great attention. After contacting the Customer and the Florist responsible for the order, we offer an appropriate form of compensation.

Please remember that we guarantee that cut flowers will remain fresh for up to 3 days. If you treat them properly, they will last much longer.

Receipt of the delivered product is equivalent to accepting it. Complaints concerning the freshness of flowers must be made via email within 72 hours of the time of delivery. Please attach a photo of the product delivered to your message. Other complaints may be made via telephone or email within 7 days of the date of delivery.
